Returns and Refund Policy

Subject to the exceptions outlined below, Raptor Plant Machinery Limited offers a 14-day exchange or refund policy from the date of delivery. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method on the day of the request (subject to the return of the goods) but may take up to 15 working days to appear in your account.


Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resalable condition with intact packaging. Raptor Plant Machinery Limited reserves the right to decline exchanges or full refunds if the goods are not returned in a resalable condition or are damaged. If the return meets these conditions, we will gladly provide a replacement, exchange, or refund. Refunds for promotional items will be based on the promotional price at the time of purchase. Our 14-day return policy includes the statutory 14-day return period required under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package and contents carefully to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for delivery. If the package is damaged or incomplete, you must refuse delivery. No exceptions will be made.
Any damaged or faulty items must be reported to Raptor Plant Machinery Limited within 48 hours of receipt, and all requested information (e.g., photographs) must be provided within the same timeframe.


Raptor Plant Machinery Limited accepts the return of machines within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Modified machines are not eligible for return.


Fitted or used parts and machines cannot be returned unless they were faulty at the time of receipt.


The customer is responsible for the goods and any return delivery charges until they reach Raptor Plant Machinery. For your protection, we recommend using a delivery service that offers insurance for the value of the goods.


Parts or machines returned in resalable condition (unused and in original packaging) will be credited in full, minus any applicable handling fees. Items returned in used, damaged, defaced condition, or with missing components may not qualify for a full refund and may be subject to a handling fee.


If a customer wishes to return a machine in working order due to a change of mind, they will be responsible for the return postage costs. 

For any purchases that have been collected in person directly from us, the customer is responsible for any return postage costs regardless if the machine is faulty or due to a change of mind.
